Wed. July 1, 1970 7:30 P.M.
lst. Regular meeting of the month held at the Town Hall
July lst. 1970 at 7:30 P.M., Supervisor Frank K. Taylor
presiding, members of the Board present were, Justice Ronald
Fish, councilmen Sherman Griswold and Ray Miller. Also pre-
sent at this meeting were Rudy Krauklis, Bookkeeper for Super-
visor s accounts, Town Attorney John Gardner, Highway Supt.
Lou Wagner, Town Assessor Henry Wadsworth, and Karl Wendt, an
architect.
Town Clerk read the minutes of the last meeting and they
were approved.
Supervisor Taylor read the bids on Track -type Loader, as
follows, Arsenault Tractor Sales and Service, $13,846.29,
Maxon International, $14,498.00.
*gt Motion was made by Mr. Fish seconded by Mr. Miller that
the low -bid of Arsenault Tractor Sales & Service in the amount
of $13,846.29 be accepted for the Track -type loader. This
motion was carried.
Mr. Wendt explained a rough sketch of a new proposed Fire-
house at an approximate cost of $70,000.
*0' Motion was made by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Miller
that the Town Attorney be authorized to draw up a new Water
Ordinance to raise the price of installations to $125.00 and
advertize for a Public Hearing on same. This motion was
carried.
'*V Motion by Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Griswold that the
following bills as prepared by the Town Clerk and audited by
the Town Board be paid as follows.
General Fund $2387.65
Highway Fund 7657.23
Sewer Dist. #1 547.00
Water Dist. # 1s4�1324.72
Motion carried, all voting aye.
There being no further business at this time, meeting was
adjourned.
