DECEMBER 15 , 1987 Minutes of the special meeting held December 15th Roll call was by the Town Clerk : P resent : Supv Cotterill , Clm Evans , Clm Webb , Clm Garlock , Clm S chlecht and Atty Perkins Atty Perkins - he has received report of the bid tabulation for the S nyder Hill water district . The engineer has recommended that the t he low bid of $ 87 , 800 . 00 submitted by Paolangeli Contractors , Ithaca , New York be accepted . The Town Board will have to authorize t he Supervisor to sign the notice of award and return it to the e ngineers who will prepare the contracts and forward them to Mr . P aolangeli for his signature and then to him for review for e xecution by the Town . RESOLUTION 187 - A AUTHORIZE SUPERVISOR TO SIGN NOTICE OF AWARD - SNYDER HILL WATER DISTRICT Clm Evans offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption : RESOLVED , that this Town Board authorize the Supervisor to sign the n otice of award for the Snyder Hill water district . • 2nd Clm Garlock Roll call vote - all voting Yes Atty Perkins ' - has received a formal notice of claim on behalf of Cortland Paving Co . Inc . regarding their bid that was rejected for t he 1960 and 1964 Brockway trucks .
