• SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
NOVEMBER 18 , 1987
S upv Cotterill called the meeting to order at 12 noon
P resent : Supv Cotterill , Clm Evans , Clm Webb , Clm Garlock , Clm
S chlecht and Atty Perkins
Atty Perkins suggested that the Town repeal that part of our zoning
o rdinance that states it doesn ' t apply to a governmental entity
w here lands are used for governmental or educational purposes . Also
e nact a local law which would state that no land in the Town of
D ryden shall be used to dispose of any sludge , refuse , garbage , etc
u nless the same is generated from the Town of Dryden , and then only
if by obtaining a special permit from the Dryden Town Board .
There was considerable discussion and the following was decided .
S upv Cotterill authorized Atty Perkins to prepare a proposed
o rdinance change and a proposed local law for a special meeting .
Also information regarding eminent domain
Meeting was adjourned to Nov 24th at 12 noon
