to consider the application Frank & Dianne Prudence for a special
permit to convert the existing building at 1274 Dryden Rd and to
attach to Said building a 19 .. 0 sure foot addition for the purpose
o f a warehouse for their business , snack food , C_ c:tndy and tobacco , F
& T Distributing Co Inc , This site will also become the office , The
purpose for the addition is for Loading , !_tr-liL.tdCi7. riq and housing of

Frank Prudence -" this is strictly a wholesale ciicatributcr of candy ,
tobacco and snack foods . They have been in Mecklenburg for 10 years
and have outgrown that location .

AGREEMENT
:\ THIS AGREEMENT made this 14th day of May , 1987
by and between ' the VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS , a municipal
corporation in the County of Tompkins and State of New York ,
herein the " Village " and the TOWN OF DRYDEN , a municipal
corporation also in said County of Tompkins and State of New
York , herein the " Town " ;
WHEREAS , the parties _ hereto have an agreement whereby
the Village accepts wastewater from a portion of the Town
for treatment and is desirous for a change in the billing
system ; and
WHEREAS , the Town is agreeable , to the changes to said
system as provided herein ;
NOW , THEREFORE , the parties hereto do mutually agree as
follows :
1 . This agreement shall become effective for the
billing cycle beginning July 1 , 1987 provided the elective
bodies of each party have approved it prior to that time .
2 . Prior to June 1 of every year that the Village
shall be obligated to accept wastewater from the Town , the
Town shall certify , on a form supplied by the Village , the
number of " units " within the Town that are connected to the
wastewater collection system serviced by the Village .
3 . The Village will bill ( voucher ) the Town for the
annual sewer charges , based on the number of " units " and the
applicable Village rate to be charged according to the
agreement of the parties .
�\ 4 . The Town shall pay to the Village , upon properly
audited vouchers , the amount of such charges prior to August
15 of each such year .
5 . Individual property owners shall be billed by the
Town .
6 . This agreement shall not be construed to modify ,
amend , or change any substantive part or rates of the
agreement whereby the Village accepts wastewater from a
portion of the Town for treatment but shall only be
interpreted in modifying the procedural aspects of payment
for such services .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed
t his agreement the date set forth above .
