Rowell, Town.Attorney, John Gardner, Book-keeper Rudy Krauklis, Dan Fagan from the Cortland Standard and. Tom Cusack. ( also, M. Brookins, Dep. Clerk) Meeting called to order by Mr. Taylor and Town Clerk read the minutes of the previous nepting, there wem no corrections Rnd was approved. by the Board. Town Clerk req.d a letter from Mr. J. Stiles requesting the release of the $1000.00, cashier's check, stating that the ditch on Section 1 of Hart Estates has been as-pbalted, F;.s requ.1red and that Wm. Rowell Engineer has l.n.spec.ted and approverd_ of said work. 1�q V Resolution: therefore, on motion of R.E.Miller seconded by R. Fish that letter from Mr. Stiles be accepted and filed and that the Town clerk bit Instructed to return said Cashier's check to Mr. Stiles, this motion was rass,!-A unanimously. ) � V Motion was made by R. Miller seconded by D. Eaton that request for a House Trailer renewal at a fine of 810.00 be issued to G.A..Carr of West River Road, Blodgett Mills , this notion was carried.. Supervisor Taylor presented each Board member with Information regarding RESOLUTTON # 31.8 from the County Board of Supervisor's, and Mr. Tom Cusack was present to go over this material with the • Board members. there was considerable discussion and time spent on the study of this program, of designating a Community Action Agency in Cortland Ccunty. 1fin1 I my RESOLUTION: Motion was made by R. Miller seconded by D. Eaton with unanimous approval of the Town Board. that the Town of Cortlandville 'be, included 5.n Community Action Agency established. by the Cortland County Board of Supervisor's on October 11, 1-972. 173 • I Supervisor disciissed Revenue Sharing with the Town Board. guidelines of which will be established in the near futur®. Mr. Taylor received a letter from Mr. Edward McNeil of the Pyramid Properties Company that the Shopping Center at Cortland.vtlle Mall has been completed- and they request the Town to proceed with the establishement of a Water District. h &4- Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by R. Miller that the Town Attorney Pnd Town engineer prepare �the necessary 'Preliminary Plans to establish Water District # 4, to Include the Shopping Center at the Cortlandville Mall. This motion was carried unanimously. �\,- ! 4 Mr. Carmen Ricottelli and Mr. Sonnachio request a light near their property on Starr Road. Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that Mr. Fish investigate the need of a light in this area and also, a light on Ridge Road , on the Sunset View Terrace Tract and also a light at the intersection of Fisher Ave and Route 281, West Road, This motion was carried. tU 61 Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by R. Miller that all bills as presented by the Town Clerk and audited by the Tqwn Board be paid as follows: General Fund 263.8-15 Highway 1.0,600.95 Water Dist. #1 1 9 V-q-� A #3 861.20 Sewer 15-89 There being no further business at this time, meeting was adjourned.
