Regular meeting of the. Town Board held at the Town Hall,
Supervisor Frank K. Taylor nrestding. Other Board memberF
present were Justices, Donctld. Eaton & Ronald Fish; Cou-noilman
Ray E. Miller; Rudy Krauklis, bookkeeper to the Supervisor;
Assessor, Henry Wadsworth; William Rowell, Engineer; Louis Wagner,
Highway Superintendent-: John Gardner, Town Attorney; Fred. Walker,
water & Sewer Dept.; Councilman, ShnrmRn Griswold was absent.
Also present wert- Vern NI-ederhofer. Jn-ck - Fitzgerald -Attorney,
Mr. & Mrs. Walter Preist, also 3 People from the Oak Crest Area
and 5 people from the TAme Hollow Rd.. Area.
Town Clerk reaci the minutes of the last meeting and. there
was one correctl on.
Motion. was made by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Eaton that
the Trailer Permit of Ralph French be extended six months upon
payment of g10.00. Motion. Carried. $10.00 was paid.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton, seconded by Mr. Miller that
the payments for the new Grader be made as follows: $25,000.00
to come out of the 1973 budget and the balance to be-, paid by a
Capital note.
Much discussion was had on the annexation proposition and
It will be taken up at the next regular meeting, Sept., 'S. 1972.
1� Motion was made by Mr. Eaton and seconded by Mr. Fish that
the Supervisor be impowered to write to Mr. Powers of the State
Transportation Dept., Syracuse, N.Y. that the Town- Is Intereqted
in obtaining land. that the State owns near the Town Garage.
Motion carried.

Attorney be authorized to draw up specifications and advertise
for applications for the position! of Assnssor for the 'own of
Cortlandvillt!t to taRt effect Jani.mry 1, 1973. Motion narried.
Some residents of the Lime Hollow Ron -Ad area. complained about
flies which thm-7 think come from the spreading, of manure 'hy

A/ Motion by Mr. Fa -ton, seconded by Mr. Miller that Thomas
Smith of 779 Lamont Circle he appointed to fill the vacancy on
the Appeals Board. due to the resignation of Lawrence Holcomb®
Term to expire Dmoember 91, 1973. Motion carried.

on Dole #3 to pole #4 and add a'light or pole #2 on Crestwood Ct,.,
