4/ Supervisor Taylor :read a letter from Mr. Larry Gross, Sanitary
Engineer, Office of New York State Environmental Conservation,
regarding violations at the McGraw,S. Hill, dump& land fill. On
Motion of Mr. Miller seconded by Mr. Griswold this letter was
acknowledged as received and filed. This motion was carried.

The residents from the Lamont Circle area were present in
regards to a proposed Basketball Court on the playground, a resident
showed the Board a plan of same and the estimated cost.

Motion was made by Mr. miller seconded by Mr. Griswold that all
of the following bills as presented by the Town Clerk and audited
by the Town Board be paid as follows:

Highway 1269.43
Water Dist. 1 1161.6,`
Sewer Dist. 1 14.81
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that the
Supervisor be empowered to write a letter to Go Ea Co. as to
