Taylor, pre- siding, Justices , Donald Eaton and Ron Fish, Council- men Sherman Griswold and Ray E. Miller. o.n Clerk ras minutes of the last meeting and there Town Clerk read a letter from Irene Kinney requesting $24.00 for mowing the Cemetery (Forest Hills) at Blodgett Mills and on Motion of Justice Eaton seconded by Council- man Miller that the Town pay this bill, was unanimously passed by the Town Board, 3� ? Motion was made by Justice Eaton seconded by Councilman Miller that the Highway Supt. be authorized to buy 4 new Truck tires from Talmadge Tire Co at the approximate cost if—$326,00 each. this motion was passed. Motion _ made by Councilman Griswold seconded b Fish that Councilman Ray E. (Motion was made by Councilman Sherm Griswold, seconded by Justice Eaton and carried unanimously, be it Resolved, That the real property owned by the ® Village of Hoarser, shown as a proposed Pump Station Site on the West side of Old Homer Road on the Map of Lands of William A. Pauldine, Lot 55, Town of Cortlandville, Cortland County, New York dated December 10 1971, made by donald McKee, Licensed Surveyor, and recorded in Cortland County Clerk's Office in Fiber 328 of Deeds at Page'305, shall be wholly exempt from taxation and exempt from special ad valorem levies and special assessments as provided in Section 406 of the Real property Tax Law, said premises have a width of 50.9 feet along the center line of said road, a depth of 90.75 feet on the south side, a depth of 100.33 feet on the north side and width of 59.26 feet on the west side and are bounded on the east by the center line of said road, on the south by Benjamin, on the west by Sanders and. the North by Pauldine. Attending this Board meeting mere Town Engineer Win. Rowell Town attorney John J. Gardner, Town Highway Supt. L. Wagner, Fred Walker, Maintenance, Water and Sewer and Mr. & Mrs. W. Priest, residents of Groton Road. ® There being no further business at this time, motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Miller that the Board adjourn. Motion was carried. Lelan M.
