Regular Meeting of the Town hoard of the Town of Cortlandville
held at the Town Hall with Supervisor Frank K. Taylor, presiding.
Present were, Justices Donald Eaton & Ronald Fish, Councilmen
Sherman Griswold and Ray E. Miller. Also, R. Krauklis, Book-keeper
for Supervisor, Town Engineer Wm. Rowell, Town Attorney, John Gard-
ner, Town Assessor, Henry Wadsworth, TownHgwy Supt. Lou Wagner, Fred
Walk6r,Water & Sewer Maintenance , Mr. & Mrs. Priast,"Thomas McCloy and si
other residents of the Town
Town Clerk, Brookins, road minutes of the last regular
meeting (Jan. 19,1972) and there were no corrections.
Motion was made by Mr. Eaton seconded by Mr. Griswold that the
following House Trailer permits be extended 6 months.

S. Cortland Rd. Letter acknowledged/recld,and,filed .
Motion was made by Councilman Miller seconded by Council-
man Griswold that 6 new lights (400 Watts) be erected in front
of the Cortlandville Mall on S. Cortland Road (Rte 13) This
motion was carried.

Motion was made by Mr. Griswold seconded by Mr. Miller that
all bills as presented by the Town Clerk and audited by the Board
be paid as follows: General Fund, $15,451.68,Highway, $6,445.63
Water Distl 1, $478-55, Water Dist. 2, $249.90, Sewer Dist.
$1084.62, Special Constr. $597-15. Motion Carried.
