Mr. & Mrs. WvTter Priest vas present from Groton Rd.
Town Clerk reel TIontev of last meeting and they were approved
with no correptionq.
Town Clerk read n letter from the Association of Towns a�vlsing
the Town of the A7son. Meeting to be held in N.Y.C. Feb. 5,6,
and 7th, 197?, Also sent a list of proposed resolutions to be
adopted.
Town Clerk read e retitinn for a strent light at the Interrentlor
of Route 281, A Rive Creek Road. There were 23 names on this
ASOLUTION: Motion was made by Mr. Filler seconded by Irmten
that this petitinn be accepted and filed In the Clerk's Office.
This motion wyF carried.

for Water Districts 1, 2 an, .I and also for the McAllister
Cemetery Fund. This motion vias oassed.
