Monday May 6. 1974 1:30 P.M.
A special meeting of the Town Board was held at the Town
Hall, 15 Terrace Rd. with Supervisor Frank K. Taylor presiding.
Other Board members present were: Justices Donald Eaton and
Ronald Fish; Councilman, Ray Miller, Also present were: Town
Attorney, John Gardner and Town Clerk, Christine Canestaro.
Councilman Sherman Griswold was absent.
The special meeting was called to discuss the Planned
Unit Development of The Stiles Farms, Inc.
RESOLUTION #57: Upon motion by Justice of the Peace, Ronald
Fish, seconded by Justice of the Peace. Donald Eaton, the
following resolution was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, That a public hearing be held before the Town
Board on Wednesday, Mary 22, 1974 at 7:30 O'Clock
P.M., at the Town Hall, upon the petition of
Stiles Farm, Inc., dated March 28, 1974, for the
transfer from a Residential R-1 District to a
Planned Emit Development District on the 1968
zoning.map of the Town of Cortlandville as
shown on the detailed development plan for 136
acres of land approved by the Town Planning
Board on April 29, 1974.
There being no further business, motion was made by
Ray Miller, seconded by Donald Eaton that the meeting be
adjourned. Motion passed. Meeting was adjourned.
