TOWN BOARD MINUTES

A Special Meeting of the Town of Danby Town Board was held to
approve final adjustments to the Town of Danby Prelimninary Budget
for Fiscal Year 1992 .
Final Adjustments were made to the budget as follows :
General Fund :
1 ) Legal line for Town Attorneys - $ 20 , 000
2 ) Dog Control - $ 5 , 000
3 ) Recreation - unchanged
4 ) Interest on Revenues increased to $ 6 , 000 .
Highway :
1 ) $ 10 , 000 . 00 added to repairs .
2 ) Zeroed CHIPS line
3 ) $ 11 , 600 added to Macherinery Contractural Account .
Final budget totals are 8 . 65 . 13 or 1 . 47 % ( includes all taxes ) .

ADOPTION OF THE TOWN OF DANBY PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR
1992 .
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING
JANUARY 1 , 1992 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31 , 1992 , MAKING APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE CONDUCT OF TOWN OF DANBY GOVERNMENT AND ESTABLISHING THE
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR SUCH PERIOD .

By Councilperson Eckstrom : Seconded by Councilperson Oltz
WHEREAS , this board has met at the time and place specified in the
notice of public hearing on the preliminary budget and heard all
persons desiring to be heard thereon ; now , therefore , be it
RESOLVED , that the preliminary budget as amended and revised and
as hereinafter set forth is hereby adopted as stated in the column
titled " Adopted " and they hereby are appropriated for the objects
and purposes specified and the salaries and wages stated in
Schedule 5 of such budget shall' be and are hereby fixed at the
amounts shown therein effective November 20 , 1991 .
