The hearinE was declared closed at 8:43 P.H. A transcript of this hearing is on file at the Torn Clerk's office. 0:44 p.m. The first regular neeting of the month of the Town Board was hold at the Torn H01, 15 Terrace noad w. Blatchley presiding. Other Board members present were justice Eaton; Counci_I-.-.,,,en Griswold and Ray !!liar. Others present were Town Attorney, John Gard=3 Town Engineer ,,Tilliam Royelis Deputy Town Cle&_-L, Theresa 15ortir-, Highway Superintendent, Lou Wa.g---ier; Town Assessor, T.',c)"ibert Wells; Town Water and Sewer Suaerintendent, Fred Walker; hoolleoper to the Sunervisor, hene'e Bilodeau; Court Clerk, LegiolaTor Del Palm; Newspaper Reporter, SQ-) Chapmanj Kambers of the Homer Fire Deaartment and a largo town resileats. Absent were Tovin Clart, Christine Eyoup of Canestaro; and Justice Fish. The Town Doar? meetinC was called to order by Supervisor Blatchley. The pledge of allegiance was given by all in attendance. Deputy Town Clerk read the minutes of the previou-,, meeting. There were no corrections or additions. Kotion ims make by justice Eaton, second by Councilman Eillor that the minutes be approved as read. Motion carried, all voting aye, Rinutes of a special meeting of t.he Town Dosrd Wednesday, Varch 21--th at 4 P.M. were read. Councilman Ailler moved that the minutes be accepted. Notion was seconded by justice Eatcn with all voting aye, motion carried. ttn trk SJustice Eaton read a leefrom he New otate Department of Conservation, Bureau of Minerals requesting a copy of our local laws and ordinances relative to mining and mined !ant reclamation. He stated the ToTn Clerk had complied with their request on April Ist, 1975. Councilman bliller moved the letter be raceived and filed. it was seconded by Councilman Sherman Griswold. All voting aye, motion was carried. justice Eaton then submitted a new prosposed building permit form the Yo,:.Tn Clerk would like to have adopted and it was passed to Board members to review. All Board members approved. The Town Clerk also received a letter from the Traffic and Safety Division of Now York State Department of Trans- portation advining her nersuant to New York State industrial Code, Rule §53, that thly do overate electrical anc. co-i-inun- ication facilities underground within our jurisdiction and ,-_iving the names and addresses of persons to contact if the need arises. The Town Clerk reported she had issued 2 building nermits in Tiarch with a valuation of 110,700. Both are for adaitions to homes. Counciinan Miller moved the report be received and filed, seconded by justice Eaton, Supervisor Dlatchley reported on the financial status of the town as of Harch 31st as follows: General Fund balance $202,694.9,?
