Department of Conservation, Bureau of Minerals
requesting a copy of our local laws and ordinances relative
to mining and mined !ant reclamation. He stated the ToTn
Clerk had complied with their request on April Ist, 1975.
Councilman bliller moved the letter be raceived and filed.
it was seconded by Councilman Sherman Griswold. All voting
aye, motion was carried.
justice Eaton then submitted a new prosposed building
permit form the Yo,:.Tn Clerk would like to have adopted and
it was passed to Board members to review. All Board members
approved.
The Town

and Safety

of Now York State Department of Trans-

advining
her nersuant to New York State industrial
Code, Rule

The Town Clerk reported she had issued 2 building nermits
in Tiarch with a valuation of 110,700. Both are for adaitions
to homes. Counciinan Miller moved the report be received
