A special meeting of the Town Board was held October 27, 1976
at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Rd. for the purpose of holding two
public hearings. One on the petition of Michael & Patricia Colosurdo
for a zoning change and the other for the construction of lateral
sewers in the Terrace Rd. area.
Board Members present: Supervisor Robert P. Blatchley
Justices,Donald Eaton & Ronald Fish
Councilmen, Sherman Griswold & Ray Miller
Others present: Town Attorney, John Gardner
Town Engineer W ill iam Rowell
Town Clerk, Christine Canestaro
Stenographer, Barbara Contento

Colosurdo At 7:30 p.m. a public hearing was held in the matter of the
petition of Michael & Patricia Colosurdo to amend the Zoning Ordinance
of the Town of Cortlandville and the Zoning Map made a part thereof
to change the use and classification of certain lands lying on the
east side of N.Y.S. Rte.#13 from a Residential (R-1) to Business District.
The hearing was closed at 7:56p.m. after all interested persons were heard.
A transcript of this hearing is on file in the Town Clerk's office
where it can be seen by any interested persons.
Lateral At 8:30 p.m. a public hearing was held regarding the construction
Sewers of lateral sewers on Terrace rd., McLean Rd., Pleasantview Dr. & Munson
Ave. The hearing was closed at 9:53 p.m. after all interested persons
were heard.
A transcript of this hearing is on file in the Town Clerk's office
where it can be seen by any interested persons.
