the computer but we've always had someone come in to do it at the
end of the year. It's part of the accounting package and Liz
could be doing it. Inventory cards will also have to be kept
up to date as well. as info on computer. Consensus was since it
is part of the accounting package, it should be kept in house.
Supervisor Robinson received a petition from residents on Torok
Road which read as follows: The residents of Torok Road wish to
have the matter of black top paving considered for the budget in
the Town of Groton for the year 1992. The dirt road now in
existance creates a lot of dust in the summer, mud in wet weather
and stone bruises to our vehicles. Therefore, we submit this
petition to the board meeting. Signed Mr. & Mrs. Marvin Chase,
Mike and Linda Moore, Don W. McBride, Jr., Frank Bordnet, T.J.
Ledvina. Mr. Cornelius said IIorok Road is .3 mile. He said our
1992 Chips money is for drainage on Sovocool Hill road. We have
other roads in the Town that are not paved. No action was taken.

Mr. Robert Walpole moved that the Town Board adopt the budgets as
presented at the hearings, seconded by Mrs. Betty Sperger.
Supervisor Robinson presented Fellowship Hall building use
agreement between Groton Community Church and the Groton Youth
Commission. Our share is $50.00 per month. This Agreement will
cover the period of September 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992.
RESOLUTION NO. 45 - AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN AND VILLAGE FOR
RENTAL OF FELLOWSHIP HALL FOR GROTON
YOUTH SERVICES

RESOLVED, that in order to provide recreational and
educational services for the youth of the Village and Town
through the Groton Youth Services, the Town of Groton agrees
jointly with the Village of Groton to rent the area known as
Fellowship Hall from the Groton Community Church for a
period of one year commencing July 1, 1991, and ending on
June 30, 1992, at an annual rental of $300.00 to be paid in
monthly installments of $50.00. It is understood that the
Groton Community Church will provide all the space needed
for the program, liability insurance and the costs of
utilities. Groton Youth Services will be responsible for
custodial use.

Purpose of meeting woos to discuss payroll software contract.
Information Management Associates, Enc. (IMA) Software/ Support
Agreement covering payroll for the Town was reviewed and
discussed by the Floard. Total package is $3100. A $1.050 daposit
is required with signed contract. According to Chuck nankin,
Town will be able to do retirement reports, 941 reports,
accumulated vacation and sick time in addition to payroll checks.
Additional, time for honkkeeper to do payroll will he
approximately 1 112 hours from beginning to end. Checks will
cost about $65600/1000. ADP's Lust to do Town payroll is
approximately $10001yr.

Judge Heffron indicated that Mr, Alexander will have the right to
