A special meeting of the Town Board, called by Supervisor
Robert Blatchley, was held at the town hall, 15 Terrace Rd. for
the purpose of discussing a Planning Board Request.
Presents Supervisor Robert P. Blatchley
Justicess Donald Eaton and Ronald Fish
Councilmen: Sherman Griswold and Ray Miller
Town Resident- N.Ross Hall
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Blatchley
stating that the meeting was called to resolve a question raised
• by the Town of Cortlandville Planning Board concerning sending
a delegate to the State Federation of Planning and Zoning at
Grossingers.
Supervisor Blatchley read the resolution submitted by the
Town Planning Board. He advised that the Planning Board's
contractual account is overdrawn.
Motion was made by Justice Fish, seconded by Councilman Miller
to receive and file the Planning Boards resolution. Votes: Justice
Eaton, aye; Justice Fish, aye; Councilman Griswold, aye; Councilman
Miller, aye; Supervisor Blatchley, aye; Motion carried.
Justice Eaton questioned what funds would be use if Mr. Metcalf
were authorized to attend the meeting. Supervisor Blatchley suggested
that it be taken out of the Anti -Recession Fund account_. No decision
was made as to the account to be used.
RESOLUTION #150: AUTHORIZATION FOR VICTOR METCALF TO ATTEND STATE
FEDERATION OF PLANNING & ZONING MEETING
Motion by: Councilman Griswold, seconded by Justice Fish.
Votes: Justice Eaton, aye; Justice Fish, aye; Councilman
Griswold, aye; Councilman Miller, aye; Supervisor Blatchley,aye.
Adopted.
BE IT RESOLVED, That Victor Metcalf, Town of Cortlandville
Planning Board member is hereby authorized to attend the
State Federation of Planning & Zoning meeting at Grossingers,
Liberty, New York on October 16,1? & 18, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all necessary expense incurred
shall be reimbursed, subject to audit by the town board.
There being no further business, upon motion of Justice Fish,
seconded by Councilman Miller, all voting aye, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:43 p.m.
