SPECIAL MEETING
A. Special Meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board was called by Supervisor
Stanley Nadolski for the purpose, of passing a resolution adopting the Cortland
County Facilities 201' Plan, and also to appoint a dog enumerator. The meeting
was held at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York on September 29,
1978 at 4:30 P.M.
The Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Nadolski; other Board
members present wereCouncilman Ray Thorpe, Councilman Mel Pierce,
® , Town Clerk, Pauline Parker, Town Attorney, John Gradner, Highway
Suprintendant, Carl Eaton, Town Justice, Donald F. Eaton, and Mrs. Christine Eaton.
The Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Nadolski at 4:30 P.M.

RESOLUTION # 132 AUTHORIZATION TO ADOPT THE CORTLAND COUNTY FACILITIES
201 PLAN
Motion made by Councilman Pierce, seconded by Councilman Thorpe, All
Aye..... Adopted.
WHEREAS, the Report of the Cortland County 201 Facilities Plan, dated
September, 1978, made by O'Brien and Gere, Engineers, Inc., of Syracuse,
New York, for Cortland County Sewer Agency, was filed with the Clerk of
the Cortland County Legislature on September 6, 1978, and, after Public
Hearing held September 21, 1978, was submitted to the Town Clerk for app-
roval or disapproval by the Town Board with recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the possibility of the danger of the water supply contained
in the aquifer surrounding the Town Hall being permanently contaminated
is continuously increasing;.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it,
RESOLVED, that the concept of said repot�e endorsed by this Town Board,
with the recommendation that the Mc Learvl runk Sewer proposed therein be
0 given priority and construction thereof be commenced as soon as possible.
RESOLUTION # AS DOG ENUMERATOR
Motion made by Councilman Thorpe, seconded by Councilman Pierce All
Voting A.ye..... Adopted.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cortlandville Town Board has hereby appointed
Sally Letts as dog enumerator for the Town of Cortlandville for this
year.
There being no further business, motion was made to adjourn by Councilman
Thorpe, seconded by Councilman Pierce, All Voting Aye, the meeting was adjourned
at 5:00 P.M.
