SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Town Board was held on Monday,
November 19, 1979 at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Cortland,
New York, with Deputy Supervisor Melvin Pierce presiding.
Other board members present were: Councilman Warren
Manning, Councilman Edwin O'Donnell, and Councilman Raymond
Thorpe. Others present were Town Clerk, Pauline Parker and
Justice, Donald Eaton.
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m..
RESOLUTION # 177 SETTING DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR
McGRAW FIRE CONTRACT
Motion by Councilman Thorpe
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
Votes: All AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing will be held at the
Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Cortland, NY, on December 5,
1979 at 7:45 p.m., relating to the proposed Fire Contract
with the Village of McGraw.
There being no further business, motion was made by
Councilman Thorpe, seconded by Councilman Manning, to
adjourn the meeting. All voting, Aye... the meeting was
adjourned at 5:35 P•m•
