Special Meeting 7 : 30 P . M . September 18 , 1991

Meeting on the 1992 Budget for the Town of Danby was called to
order at 7 : 30 P . M . by Supervisor Dietrich .
H IGHWAY :
Mrs . Miller and Mr . Eckstrom discussed the Highway Budget , Employee
Benefits , Highway Revenue and Workmen ' s Compensation . Mrs . Miller
gave the new figures to Mr . Eckstrom .
TAX BASE :
Tax base should be 2 . 8947
J USTICES :
J ustice salary : $ 4000 . 00 each
Clerk salary : $ 2796 . 00
Contractual : $ 3016 . 00
Salary increases justified by increase of Court Revenues
TOWN SUPERVISOR _
Town Supervisor : $ 9500 . 00
D eputy Supervisor : $ 50 . 00
B ookkeeper : $ 7200 . 00
Assistant Bkpr $ 4800 . 00 to be vouchered
Equipment : . $ 3750 . 00 for PC and Software Acct .
Contractual : $ 7300 . 00 ADP , Mileage , plus schools
Discussed obtaining Williamson Law Accounting package and
possiblity of doing away with ADP , with new computer and
typewriter . Discussed why a typewriter was need with computer .
PURCHASING_
Equipment : $ 5500 . 00 Copier
Central Office
Supplies : ' $ 6400 . 00 ( $ 2 , 000 . 00 for Zoning Ordinance )
Discussion of raising the Zoning Ordinance Fee from $ 2 . 00 to $ 5 . 00 ,
to be put on the agenda for Resolution . The Town Board would like
a break down as to the cost of putting the Zoning Ordinance
together ( time to run and cost of paper ) .

for a total of $ 7000 . 00 . Town Board to allocate her hours per week
by Resolution . Departments to log her work , Zoning , Minutes ,
Supervisors , ZBA and etc . , time left over to work on house
numbering . Number of hours to be set by . Resolution 15 or 20 per
week , also 8 hours per week discussed . Put Resolution on agenda .
