SPECIAL MEETING
A_ special meeting of the Town Board was held on Thursday
August 9, 1979 at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Cortland, NY
at 12:15 p.m. with Supervisor Nadolski presiding.
Board Members present wereCouncilman Warren Manning,
Councilman Melvin Pierce, Councilman Raymond Thorpe and Town
Clerk, Pauline Parker. Others present were Justice,Donald
Eaton; Zoning Officer, Don Fowler and newsreporter Mr. Camarano.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Nadolski.
The purpose of the meeting was to appoint_ a chairman of
the Zoning Board of Appeals to replace Chairman, Russell Parsons.
Mr. Parsons resinnation will be effective August 15, 1979
RESOLUTION # 130 APPOINT MILTON A -GREEN AS CHAIRMAN OF
THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Motion by Councilman Pierce
Seconded by Councilman Thorpe
Votes: All AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS, Russell Parsons has submitted his resignation
to be effective August 15, 1979,
BE IT RESOLVED that Milton A. Green is -hereby appointed
Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for The Town of
Cortlandville, his term to expire December 31, 1983•
There being no further business, motion was made by
Councilman Pierce, seconded by Councilman Thorpe to adjourn
the meeting. All voting, aye, motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
