Apparently all these items were covered by the Town of Groton in the mid 1980's. Clean up should be completed by this weekend. Until George Pfann gets back to Jack and lets him know what the position of the County is, he doesn't think he ought to move in getting his stipulations to the Judge who then is going to give him a court order. Wants judgement or record and he told him that it was the consensus of this board that they could have the mortgage. That would be our contribution for the cleanup. Supervisor looked into salt sheds that will. eventually be mandated for all salt storage. We currently have a make shift shed but will have to be. thinking about updating which is fairly costly.
