Page 1 EMERGENCY MEETING An emergency meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board was held on December 9, 1980, at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Cortland, N.Y. with Supervisor Nadolski presiding. Board Members present were Supervisor Nadolski, Councilmen O'Donnell, Thorpe, Pierce and Manning. Also Town Clerk, Pauline Parker; Attorney, John Folmer; Justice, Don Eaton; Engineer, Charles Feiszli ® and Assessor, Robert Wells. Supervisor Nadolski called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.. RESOLUTION # 215 AUTHORIZATION FOR SEWER --DISTRICT # 2 TAX LEVY TO BE INCLUDED ON CORTLAND COUNTY TAX WARRENT Motion by Councilman Pierce Seconded by Councilman Thorpe VOTES-j„ ALL AYE ADOPTED BE IT RESOLVED that -Sewer District #_2 Tax Levy in the total amount of $ 19,110.00 be included on Cortland Qounty Tax Warrant, with reference to the following benefitted parcels of land, in the amounts specified. Councilman Pierce made a motion, seconded by Council- man Thorpe, to adjourn the meeting. All voting aye, the motion was carried. The meeting was adjourned at 4:05 P.M.
