HomeMy WebLinkAbout09-25-1980Thursday, September 25, 1980 page 1 303 PUBLIC HEARING FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING The Public Hearing was called to order by Supervisor Nadolski at 7:00 p.m. In attendance were: Supervisor Nadolski, Councilmen O'Donnell, Manning and Pierce; Deputy Town Clerk, Bonnie Call; Justice, Don Eaton; and residents Ed Hatter Sr. and Ken Andrews. The Public Hearing was opened by Supervisor Nadolski. ® The Deputy Town Clerk read the Legal Notice as follows: Please take notice that a public hearing will be held before the Supervisor of the Town of Cortlandville during a special meeting of the Town j5a.rd of the Town of Cortlandville at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Town of Cortlandville, New York, on September 25, 1980 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. to consider the proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing funds to be received by the Town of Cortlandville during the next fiscal year commencing January 1, 1980. The amount of Federal Revenue sharing funds the Town of Cortlandville anticipates receiving during said fiscal year is approximately $43,000.00. Residents of the Town of Cortlandville have the right to present at said public hearing their written and oral comments on the proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing funds. The amount of unobligated entitlement funds in the Federal Revenue Sharin Trust Fund of the Town if Cortlandville is �None- All parties in interest may attend and shall have the opportunity to be heard at such public hearing aforesaid. It was proposed to use the funds for the Highway Machinery Fund. 0 Councilman Pierce made a motion to close the hearing. Councilman Manning seconded the motion. All voting aye, motion was carried. The hearing was closed at 7:25 p.m. 1
