SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on August 18, 1980 at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace
Road, Cortland, New York at 4:00 p.m. with Supervisor
Nadolski presiding.
Board members present were: Councilman Edwin 0'
Donnell, Councilman Warren Manning, Councilman Melvin
Pierce, and Councilman Raymond Thorpe.
Others present were: Attorney, John Folmer;
Engineer Charles Feiszli and Newsreporter Camanero
• The special meeting was called to order by Super-
visor Nadolski. The purpose of the meeting was to
discuss the Cortlandville Sewer Ordinance.
The Town Board reviewed different ways to provide
a mechanism to the Sewer Ordinance to allow for rate
changes due to the cost of the proposed Sewer Contract
with the City of Cortland.
No action was taken.

Motion by Councilman Thorpe
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED

A motion was made by Councilman Pierce to adjourn
the meeting. The motion was seconded by Councilman
Manning. All voting aye, the motion was carried.
