SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on July 31, 1980 at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace
Road, Cortland, NY at 4:00 P.M. with Supervisor Nadolski
presiding.
Board members present were: Councilman Eden 0"Donnell,
Councilman Warren Manning; Councilman Melvin Pierce; and
Councilman Raymond Thorpe.
Others- present were: Attorney, John Folmer; Engineer
Charles Feiszli; Cortland Mayor, Ed Hart; Jim Larkin,
Dept. of Public Works; Eugene Shirley, Dept. of Public Works;
Norma Ryan, Dept. of Public Works; Roy Summerson, Sup't. •
of Sewage Treatment Plant, and Attorney, Russell Ruthig.
The special meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Nadolski. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the
Sewer Contract with representatives of the City of Cortland
which involves proposed litigation.
A motion was made by Councilman Pierce to recess
the regular meeting to executive session. The motion
was seconded by Councilman Manning. All voting aye,
motion was carried.
A motion was made by Councilman Manning to adjourn the
executive session and reconvene to the regular meeting. The
motion was seconded by Councilman O'Donnell. All voting aye,
the motion was carried.
A motion was made by Councilman Thorpe to adjourn the
meeting. The motion was seconded by Councilman Manning.
All voting aye, motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
