SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on June 27, 1980 at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace
Rd, Cortland, NY at 4:00 P.M. with Supervisor Nadolski
presiding.
Board members present were: Councilmen Melvin
Pierce and Edwin O'Donnell, and Town Clerk, Pauline
Parker.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Nadolski. The purpose of the meeting was to review
insurance proposals.

The lowest quote submitted was from the Denniston
Agency in the amount of $17,835.00
Councilman Pierce will investigate further the
suggested $500 deductible on the fleet policy for
collision.
A motion was made by Councilman Pierce, seconded by
Councilman O'Donnell to adjourn the meeting. All voting
aye, motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m..
