SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board was
held on March 27, 1980 at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road,'
Cortland, NY with Supervisor Nadolski presiding.
Board members present were Councilman Edwin, O'Donnell,
Councilman Warren Manning, and Councilman Melvin Pierce.
Others present were Deputy -Town CLerk, Bonnie Call} and
:Newsreporter, Jennifer Parker from the Cortland Standard.
• The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Nadolski
at 12:00 noon.
RESOLUTION # 63 AUTHORIZE EXTENSION FOR. TAX COLLECTION
TO JUNE 1, 1980
Motion by Councilman Manning
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: All AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that the Supervisor 7s hereby authorized and
directed to sign the application for the extension of time
for the Tax Collector of the Town of Cortlandville, to
collect taxes until June 1, 1980
RESOLUTION # 64 AUTHORIZE SUPERVISOR TO SIGN THE Lr1MONT
MEMORIAL LIBRARY CONTRACT
Motion by Councilman O'Donnell
.Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: All AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that the Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to sign the contract with the McGraw Lamont Memorial
Library for the year 1980, and
RESOLVED that the fee for such contract shall not exceed $2700
and shall_ be retroactive to January 1, 1980,-to be paid in
four quarterly payments.
There being no further business, a motion was made by
Councilman Pierce, seconded by Councilman Manning, to adjourn
the meeting. All voting -Aye... the meeting was adjourned at
12:05 p.m.
