SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on Monday, October 18, 1982 at the Town Hall,
15 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York with Supervisor
Nadolski presiding.
Board members present were: Supervisor Nadolski,
Councilman Melvin Pierce, Councilman Ray Thorpe, Council-
man Edwin O'Donnell and Town Clerk Pauline Parker.
Newsreporter Dick Camerano was also present.
Supervisor Nadolski called the meeting to order
at 4:30 P.M.-
RESOLUTION# 212 AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS
Motion by Councilman Pierce
Seconded by Councilman Thorpe
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that the vouchers
submitted
have been
audited and shall
be paid as

Attorney Folmer had mailed to all Town Board members
a sample copy'to review, of an ordinanc9relating to
transient vendors selling their wares in the Town.
RESOLUTION # 213 SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING - TRANSIENT
RETAIL BUSINESS ORDINANCE
Motion by Councilman Pierce
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IN RESOLVED that a Public Hearing will be held on
November 3, 1982, at the Town Hall, at 8:00 P.M., to
discuss the adoption of a Transient Retail Business

Councilman Pierce made a motion, seconded by
Councilman O'Donnell, to adjourn the meeting. All voting
aye, the motion was carried.
