SPECIAL MEETING
A Special.Meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held January 18, 1982 at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace
Road, Cortland, New York with Supervisor Nadolski
presiding.
i' Board members present were Supervisor Nadolski;
Councilman Thorpe; Councilman Pierce; Councilman O'Donnell;
• Councilman Manning and Town Clerk, Pauline Parker.
Also in attendance were Deputy Town Clerk, June
Bradshaw and newreporter Dick Camerano.

RESOLUTION # 41 AUTHPRIZE PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS payment vouchers
Motion by Councilman Manning
Seconded by Councilman Thorpe
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that the vouchers submitted have been
audited and shall be paid as follows:

RESOLUTION # 42 ACCEPT CHANGING OF HOURS IN THE SPCA changing
1982 CONTRACT AND PRORATE THE COST
SPCA hours
Motion by Councilman Manning
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS the manager of the SPCA has advised they do -not
have evening hours on Tuesday and Thursday nights as was
stated in the contract for 1982, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the chF.nging of hours of the contract
with the SPCA for 1982 shall be honored and pro -rated
accordingly for re -negotiation of their hours of time lost.
Councilman Pierce made a motion, seconded by Council-
man Thorpe, to adjourn the meeting. All voting aye, the adjourn
motion was carried.
