Mr. Warren Eddy, of Cortland Free Library explained
that there is 17% circulation in the Town of Cortlandville.
Mr. Eddy stated that their costs are rising, therefore
they have to ask the Town for an increase in the contract.
• They arrived to the amount of the increase percentage by
the circulation. The question was asked if there couldn't
be a users charge, but it can't be done. If it was possible
the useage of the library would drop fast. Dr. Boll
stated he knoiAs that everyone is in a pinch, that is why
the board trustees tried to keep the increase down.
Supervisor Nadolski thanked Mr. Eddy, and Dr. Boll

No action was taken.
