Purpose of meeting was to discuss payroll. and tax px'eparatian services.
Board reviewed proposalsrorn Paynhex and AFPAutomatjc Data Processing.
Paychex charge per pay period is . $x+1.15. ADP quoted 37.8D per bi- weekly
period. These quotes wex'e for processing 18 checks bi_- weekly including
Quarterly Reporting and W02' s.
DdInnis Jones explained to Board why he strongly recommends the Town obta�,n
payroll services of this nature. If initial setup inforjrtation is cax'3CGct,
there will be no problem with IncorrecIt payrolls, [quarterly reports and W!Zps
as in the past.• Mr. Jones will-feed informiatio�i to payroll services if the
Board wishes. Consensus of the Board was to let Mr. Janes oversee setup.
RESOLUTION NO. 46 UTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH ADP -
Moved by Mr. Haynes, seconded by Mr. Sovocool

RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby enter into Agreement with
Automatic Data Processing (ADP) of Syracuse, New York, to handlem It ,
payroll and related reports for. a. minimum pexiod of 15 moriths for a
trial basis beginning November 1, 1990.
Board discussed proposed highway contract Sor 1990. The Clerk was asked
to forward a, copy to the Town Attorney for his clarification of Items 4
and 14 before the next board meeting.
There being no further business, Mr. Haynes moved to adjourn meeting,
seconded by Nx. Curmnings, at Z:COBM. Unanimous
