SPECIAL MEETING
-A. special meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on Monday, September 14, 1981 at 4:10 P.M.
with Deputy Supervisor, Melvin Pierce presiding.
Other members present were Councilman O'Donnell,
Councilman Manning, Town Clerk, Pauline Parker and
newsreporter, Dick Camerano.
Deputy Supervisor Pierce called the meeting to order. 0
RESOLUTION # 164 SETTING DATE FOR SPECIAL MEETING
Motion by Councilman Manning
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
special BE IT RESOLVED that a special meeting of the Cortlandville
meeting Town Board shall be held at 4:30 p.m. on October 1, 1981
at the Town Hall to allow the Town Clerk to present the
1982 tentative budget to the Town Board.
RESOLUTION # 165 SETTING DATE - PUBLIC HEARING -
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING

BE IT RESOLVED that a Public Hearing shall be held on
September 24, 1981 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall for
the purpose of reviewing the proposed use of Federal
Revenue Sharing Funds, as required by law.

RESOLUTION # 167 SETTING DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING -
LAMONT CIRCLE FIRE NUMBERING

Seconded by Councilman Manning
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that a Public Hearing shall be held on
October 7, 1981 at 7:45 P.M. at the Town Hall, for the
purpose of reviewing the fire numbering system at the
Lamont Circle area.

Councilman Pierce reported on the status of an
® agreement between the Town and the City of Cortland water
regarding water during an emergency. He and Jim Roberts emergency
agreement
have edited together the old agreement, and was explained
to the Town Board.
The new agreement will be prepared and given to
both attorneys to be reviewed.
Councilman Manning made a motion, seconded by adjourn
Councilman O'Donnell to adjourn the meeting.. All voting
aye, the motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m..
