SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on Monday, August 17, 1981 at 4:15 P.M. with
Deputy Supervisor, Melvin Pierce presiding.
Other members present were .Councilman O'Donnell,
Councilman Manning and Town Clerk, Pauline Parker.
Deputy Supervisor Pierce called the meeting to
order.
RESOLUTION # 151 AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS
Motion by Councilman O'Donnell
Seconded by Councilman Manning
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that
the vouchers submitted
have
been
audited and shall be
paid as follows:

Councilman O'Donnell made a motion, seconded by
Councilman Manning, to adjourn the special meeting.
