SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on Thursday, June 11, 1981, at 4:00 P.M. with
Supervisor Nadolski presiding.
Other members present were Councilman Manning,
Councilman Thorpe and Town Clerk, Pauline Parker.
Supervisor Nadolski called the meeting to order.
RESOLUTION # 116 APPOINT FIRE COMMISSIONERS FOR THE
appoint fire TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE FIRE DISTRICT
commissioners
Motion by Councilman Thorpe
Seconded by Councilman Manning
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS, per resolution # 111, adopted June 3, 1981
the Cortlandville Fire Protection District was hereby
dissolved, and
WHEREAS, per resolution # 111, adopted June 3, 1981,
the Cortlandville Fire District, was hereby adopted, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 174 a of the Town
Law, the Town Board duly met within ten days to appoint
the Fire Commissioners,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby appoints
Joseph Compagni Jr; Benny Gunzenhauser; Francis Smith;
Joseph DeMarco and Jack Harvey as Fire Commissioners
for the Cortlandville Fire District and further
RESOLVED that George Wagner is hereby appointed as
treaar.erfor the Cortlandville Fire District.
Councilman Manning made a motion, seconded by
adjourn Councilman Thorpe to adjourn the special meeting.
All voting aye, motion was carried.
