SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was held on Monday, April 20, 1981, at 4:00 P.M. with
Supervisor Nadolski presiding.
Other members present were Councilmen Pierce,
O'Donnell and Thorpe; Town Clerk, Pauline Parker;
Highway Sup't, Carl Eaton; Engineer, Charles Feiszli
and newreporter, Maura Ceaghey.
Supervisor Nadolski called the meeting to order.
RESOLUTION # 79 AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS
Motion by Councilman O'Donnell
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that
the vouchers submitted have been
payment of
audited and shall be paid as follows:

AUTHORIZE SUPERVISOR TO EXECUTE
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH FARMERS HOME
ADMINISTRATION

ALL AYE ADOPTED
Agreement
WHEREAS the Tcwn of
Cortlandville has applied for a grant
to assist in theconstruction of the sewer facilities
contained within Sewer District No. 2; and
WHEREAS the United States of America acting through the
Farmers Home Administration has agreed to provide a grant
in a sum not to exceed $516,900.00; and
WHEREAS a "Grant Agreement" embodying the terms of the
grant has been provided to the Town Board of the Town
of Cortlandville for its execution;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED on motion of Councilman
O'Donnell, Seconded by Councilman Pierce, and unanimously
carried be it
RESOLVED that the Supervioor is hereby authorized to execute
a "Grant Agreement" between the Town of Cortlandville and
the Farmers Home Administration of the United States of
America with relation to the McLean Road Sewer District
(Sewer District # 2) as aforesaid.

RESOLUTION # 81 AUTHORIZE HIGHWAY SUP'T. TO PURCHASE
A FORD TRACTOR
Motion by Councilman Thorpe
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS upon reviewing the list available from the State Authorize
Bids list FordTractor
Highway
BE IT RESOLVED that the Highway Sup't. is hereby authorized
• and directed to purchase a new Ford tractor, the cost
not to exceed $ 8,456.

Councilman O'Donnell, all voting aye, The meeting
was adjourned.
