TOWN BOARD MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING 7 : 15 P . M . NOVEMBER 15 , 1990
PURPOSE OF MEETING : -
A special meeting of the Town of . Danby Town Board was called
to adopt the Fiscal Year 1991 Town of Danby Budget . Notice
of Meeting was posted on November 13 , 1990 on the Town Bulletin
Board , OK Market and Benjamin ' s One Stop on November 13 , 1990 .

Councilpersons : Marisa , Oltz , Schwartz
Town Clerk - Sczepanski
ABSENT : :_ Councilperson Eckstrom ( Excused )
Call to Order
Supervisor Dietrich called the meeting to order at 7 : 20 P . m .
Supervisor Dietrich presented the Fiscal Year 1991 Town of Danby
Town Budget to the Board for their review and comment .
RESOLUTION 176 OF 1990
Adoption of Town of Danby Budget for the Fiscal Year 1991
By Councilperson Marisa : Seconded by Councilperson Oltz
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING
JANUARY 1 , 1991 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31 , 1991 , MAKING APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE CONDUCT OF TOWN GOVERNMENT AND ESTABLISHING THE RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FOR SUCH PERIOD .
WHEREAS , This Town Board of the Town of Danby has met at 7 : 30 P . M . ,
November 12 , 1990 , 1830 Danby ( road , Ithaca , New York as specified
in the notice of public hearing on the preliminary budget and
heard all persons desiring to be heard thereon ; now , therefore
be it
RESOLVED , That the preliminary budget as amended and revised and
as hereinafter set forth is . hereby adopted and that the several
amounts stated in the column titled " Adopted " in Schedule Al ,
Schedule D1 , Schedule SF1 and Schedule SW1 be and they hereby are
appropriated for the objects and purposes specified and the salaries
and wages stated in Schedule 5 of such budget shall be and are
hereby fixed at the amounts shown therein effective January 1 , 1991 .

Adendum to Election Inspectors Warrant # 3 of 1990
Motion to Approve Adendum to Election Inspectors Warrant # 3
of 1990
A motion was made by Councilperson Marisa and seconded by
Councilperson Oltz to approve the Adendum to the Election
Inspectors Warrant # 3 of 1990 to :; add ._ $ 75 . 00 for a new total
of $ 1 , 165 . 47 .
A roll call vote on the motion resulted as follows :

Approval of General Fund Warrant tll . of 1990
A motion was made by Councilperson Schwartz and seconded by
Councilperson Marisa to approve the General Fund. Warrant # 11
of 1990 in the amount of $ 10 , 332 . 79 . The warrant was approved
in concept on November 12 , 1990 ,
