TOWN BOARD MEETING
PUBLIC HEARING
7 : 30 P . M . - November 8 , 1990
A public Hearing was called for the review of the Town of Danby Preliminary
Budget for the Fiscal Year 1991 . Public Notice of hearing was duly
published in the Ithaca Journal on November 3 , 1990 .

Supervisor Dietrich
Councilperson Eckstrom
ABSENT :
Councilpersons Marisa , Oltz , Schwartz ( Excused )
OTHERS PRESENT :
Town Clerk - Carol Sczepanski
Members of the Public : Edw . Inman , Elizabeth Owens -Roe , Robert Roe ,
John VanDeMark
Supervisor Dietrich called the Public Hearing to Order at 7 : 30 P . M .
Councilperson Eckstrom presented copies of the Fiscal Year 1990
Preliminary Budget to the public present for their review .
Motion to Adjourn
A motion was made by Supervisor Dietrich and Seconded by Councilperson
Eckstrom to adjourn the Public Hearing for the Town of ' Danby ' Preliminary
Budget for the Fiscal Year 1991 until 12 : 00 Noon - November 9 , 1991 .
A roll call vote on the motion resulted as follows :
Eckstrom Aye
Dietrich Aye
Carried Unanimously
