A special meeting of the Danby Town Board was called as a
working session to discuss the State Environmental Quality
Review ( SEQR ) requirements and process .
Attorney David Dubow explained the legal procedure necessary
for declaring lead agency as it relates to SEQR and answered
questions from the Town Board regarding the decision making
process .

Councilpersons Eckstrom and Marisa will draft a flow chart
on the process for SEQR and applications for Planned Development
Districts .
