Ihe meeting was open for discussionox on the passing- of the following ordinance - - - TOWN ORDINANCES The Town Board of the Town of Dryden , under and by virtue of the power in it vested by the Town Law of the State of New York , hereby ordains and enact the _ following Ordinance . • ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN • OF DRYDEN • CHAPTER I SECTION 1 . - Racing of Motor Vehicles It shall be unlawful for any person , firm or corporation to race motor vehicles , or to conduct or • to promote races between motor vehicleE within the Town of Dryden in such a manner as to cause unrease onably loud or disturbing noises of such character , • �n�r�imi.aism- 133 intensity or duration as . to be tetrimental to the peace welfare or v; oocht order of the people , or in such a man- , ner as to cause disorderly , noisy , riotous or tumult - uous conduct within the town . .
