BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to issue a trailer permit renewal to Lewis
and Lida Genson for their trailer at 2166 West Blodgett
Mills Road, as they have submitted the proper fee and
completed -the required paperwork.
Supervisor Pierce advised the Board that he has
contacted Mayo Snyder, Chairman of the Cortland County
Planning Department, advising him that the new Cortland-
ville zoning map incorrectly designates the North Homer
Avenue area as public property, and requested a correction.
Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer, Bruce Weber,
advised the Board that the Mobil Station on the corner
Of McLean Road and the West Road, will be submitting an
amended application to the Zoning Board of Appeals for
a car wash. The ordinal building permit process required
a permit, however, it did not happen due to an oversight.
They will be resubmitting an application based on the
old zoning ordinance that was in effect at the time the
permit was requested.
Supervisor Pierce distributed the micro -computer
recommendation for the Town of Cortlandville, as
prepared by Mark and Robert Wheeler, Micro -Computer
Consultants.
Assessor David Briggs commented that this recommendation
was based on discussions held with department heads to
evaluate current and future usage. The proposal represents
a one time set-up cost and the Board might want to
consider bids for similar packages and additional soft-
ware packages for specific programs, from other micro-
computer representatives.
Provisions should be made in the design and wiring of
the addition and improvements to be made to Town Hall to
avoid complicating installation.
