SPECIAL MEETING
5:00 P.M.
A Special Meeting of the Town of Cortlandville
Town Board was held at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road,
Gortland, New York, with Supervisor Pierce presiding.
Members present: Supervisor Melvin Pierce
Councilman Edwin O'Donnell
Councilman Ronal Rocco
absent: Councilman Warren Manning
Councilman Ray Thorpe-
Others present: Bernard Thoma of Thoma Develop-
ment Consultants
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Pierce at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing the
financial information of local companies for inclusion
in the Town's Community Development Block Grant Appli-
cation.
No action was taken and the meeting was adjourned
at 5:10 p.m., per information received from the Super-
visors office.
