Present were Supervisor Downey , High - way Superintendent Stacy Beach , Justi ¢ es Spaulding - Whitford , yaker , and Shaw . All justices vot - ing yes but Justice 'maker Motion made and carried that the public hearing for the purchase of the road roller be held on the 5th of Novembert at the regular meeting between 7 : 30 and 8 : 30 P . M . • Justice Baker offered the following reso - lution and asked its adoption . • RESOLVED , THAT this Town Board does hereby and approve as the Preliminary Budget of this T own for the fiscal year beginning on the 1st . day of January 1953 , the itemized statements of the estimated a revenues and expenditures herett attached and made apart of this resoluti on , and be it FURTHER RESOLVED , that such Preliminary shall be filed in the Office of the Town Clerk where it shall be available for inspection by any interested person at all reasonable hours , andbe it FURTHER RESOLVED , THAT this board shall meet between the hours of 7 : 30 P .
