The regular meeting of the Town Board of the
Town of Dryden was held September 3 , 1952 at 7 : 30
P . M . in the Town Clerk ' s office in Dryden .
Present were Supervisor Downey , Highway Supt .
Stacey Beach , Justices Spaulding , Baker , Whitford and
• Shaw . Supervisor Downey presided .
The minutes of the previous meeting were read
for information .

A Moved by Justice Shaw and seconded by Justice
Spaulding that all general bil'l's amounting to $ 100 . 60
plus Youth Project Bills of $ 55 . 51 , totaling $ 156 . 11
bepaid as audited . '
• Carried by a roll call vote with all Justices
voting Yes . •
Moved by Justice whitford and seconded by Jus -
tice , Baker , that all highway bills totaling $ 8 , 826 . 64
be paid , as audited . carried by a roll call vote . All
Justices voting Yes .
Moved By Justice Shaw and seconded by Justice
Whitford , that Supervisor Downey ?. investigate the
calculating machine and have a trial of it and se -
lect the . machine which he felt was the most satis -
factory . Motion carried and so ordered .
Moved by 4usticeeShaw and seconded by Justice
Spaulding , that the Supervisor be empowered to make
' arrangement to have the town office building painted .
. Motion carried and so ordered .

Whitford to instruct the Supervisor to report to
the County Board of Supervisors of the ommission of
the 100 foot markers required by law in the primary
election supplies ''lotion Carried and so ordered .
