A special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Dryden called January 12 , 1 ) 52 at 2 P . M . by Supervisor
Downey at the home of Justice Spaulding for the purpose
of appointing a Registrar of Vital Statistics . Present
were Supervisor Downey and Justices Spaulding , Shaw ,
Whitford and Baker . Moved . by Spaulding and seconded
by Justice Whitford that Mildred Schutt be appointed
Registrar of Vital Statistics . Roll call of Justices all
voting Yes . Moved by Justice Shaw and seconded by Justice
Whitford that meeting be adjourned .
