Present were Supervisor Charles Downey , Hwy . Supt . Stacy Beach : and , Justices Harry Spaulding , Alvord Baker , Ara Johnson , Dewey Whitford and Francis Shaw . Sup . Downey presiding . . • Minutes of the September 5th . meeting were read fort information only . Moved by Justice Spaulding and seconded by Justice Shaw that the General bills totaling 4 105 . 77 plus the Etna and Bethel Grove Youth project bills totaling $ 42 . 71 be paid as . audited . Carried by a roll call vote , All Justices voting YES . Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Baker that the Highway bills totaling 4 1534 . 60 be paid as audited . Carried by a roll call vote, All Justices voting YES . Communications from Albert Corey , State Historian , Town of Dryden Fish and Game Club and Stacy Beach- were read . . The Communication froim the State Historian in regards to a Town Historian lZ be tabled untils later date . Moved " by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Johnson that the rate of pay for the Inspectors of Elections remain the same as in the . year 1950 , as follows : Short • Registration • Da j - # 6 . 00 ; Long Registration Day - # 7 . 00 ; Primary Days - 8 . 00 ; General Election Dar - 4 10 . 00 ; Instruction Meeting - 4 1 . 00 plus # . 04 a mile each way which is the legal rate of mileage . Carried • by a roll call vote . All Justices voting YES . Moved by Justice Baker and seconded by Justice Whitford that the C.ustodian_! s rate of pay remain: the same as the previous year , # 40 . 00 for each Custodian. Carried by a roll call vote . All Justices voting YES . • Justice Baker offered the following resolution and asked its adoption • RESOLVED; that this Town Board does hereby prepare-: and approve as the Preliminary Budget of thtt Town. for the fiscal year beginning on the lst : ' - day of Januaryi 1952"; the itemized statements of the estimated revenues and expenditures hereto attached and made a part of this resolution:, and be it FUTHERiRESOLVED:, that such Preliminary Budget. shall be filed in the Office of the Town Cl erk: where it shall be available for inspection by any interested persom at all resonable hours , and be it FUTHER RESOLVEl7, that this Board shall meet. between the hours of.: 7: 30 P . M; . and 8 : 30 P . M . . on' the 2nd . day of November ' 1951 for the purpose_ of holding a Public Hearing: upon such P reliminary Budget, and be it FUTHER RESOLVEa, that the Town Clevk: give notice of such Public Hearing: in the matter:. provided in Sec . 113 of the Town Law. - and that such notice be published.
