SEPTEMBER 5 , 1951

The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of the
Town of Dryden was held on September 5 , 1951 at 7 : 30 P . M .
Present were Supervisor Charles Downey , Hwy . Supt . Stacy
Beach and Justices Harry Spaulding , Alvord Baker , An Johnson and
Dewey Whitford . - Supervisor Downey presiding .
Minutes of the Aug . 3rd . meeting were read for information
and the minutes of the Public Hearing were read and approved .
Moved by Justice Spaulding and seconded by Jrustice Baker-
that the General bills totaling S 104 . 01 plus Etna , Varna and Bethel
Grove youth project bills totaling 4 241 . 10 be paid as audited .
Carried by a roll call votes. All Justices voting Yes .
Moved by Justice Johnson and seconded by Justice Whitford
that the Highway bills totaling 4 3944 . 21 be paid as audited .
Carried by a roll call votes. All Justices voting Yes .
Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice .
Spaulding that Ernest Van Alstine , Slaterville Road , Ithaca R D 4 , N . Y .
be appointed Attendance Supervisor for the Town of Dryden School
Districts , namely Bethel Grove fib :: 2aand• Varna No . 18 .
Carried and so ordered .
The next regular monthly meeting of the Town Board will
be held on October 3 , 1951 at 7 : 30 P . M .
Moved by Justice Johnson and seconded by Justice Whitford
that the meeting be adjourned . •
