TOWN BOARD MINUTES
Speical Meeting August 8 , 1990
7 : 15 P . M .
A special meeting of the Town of Danby Town Board was held
at 7 : 15 P . M . to call for a Public Hearing for Bailey Homes
Park Planned Development District .
PRESENT :
Councilpersons - Marisa , Oltz , Schwartz
Town Clerk - Sczepanski
ABSENT : ( Excused )
Supervisor Dietrich
Councilperson Eckstrom
In the absence of Supervisor Dietrich and Councilperson Eckstrom
the meeting was called to order by Councilperson . Schwartz
at 7 : 15 P . M .
Motion to Call for Public . . Hearin .
Baile Homes Park Planned Develo • ment District
A motion was made by Councilperson Schwartz and seconded by
Councilperson Marisa to call for a Public Hearing to be held
at 7 : 30 P . M . on August 22 , 1990 to hear all interested persons
in regard to the proposed Bailey Homes Park Planned Development
District , 1395 Danby Road , Ithaca , New York and that the Town
Clerk be authorized to advertise for such hearing .
A roll call vote on the motion resulted as follows :
Marisa Aye
Oltz Aye
Schwartz Aye
Carried Unanimously
ADJOURNMENT :
On a motion the meeting adjourned at 7 : 30 P . M .
