A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville was held at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road,
Cortland, New York with Supervisor Nadolski presiding.
Members present: Supervisor Stanley Nadolski
Councilman Melvin Pierce
Councilman Ray Thorpe
Councilman Warren Manning
Councilman Edwin O'Donnell
Town Clerk Pauline Parker
Others present were Highway Sup't., Carl :Bush;
Assessor, David Briggs; Engineer, Hayne Smith; News -
reporter, Michele Catz and town resident, Patricia Casey.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Nadolski at 4:30 p.m.
RESOLUTION # 179 SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR
SEWER CAPITAL RESERVE FUND
Motion by Councilman O'Donnell
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED that a Public Hearing shall be :held on
November 6, 1985 at the Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. for the
matter of establishing a Sewer Capital Reserve Fund.

FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND
Motion by Councilman Manning
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED

7:45 p.m. to consider the ;proposed

BE IT RESOLVED that a Special Meeting of the Town Board
shall be held on October 30, 1985 at 4:30 p.m. to adopt
the Preliminary Budget for the year of 1986, and
RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare for distribution, 20 copies of the
Preliminary Budget of 1986, and they shall be available
to the public, upon request.

MOSES ABDALLAH

BE IT RESOLVED that the Supervisor is hereby authorized vacation pay
and directed to issue payment to the Estate of Moses Moses
Abdallah, for any remaining vacation or leave due him Abdallah
at the time of his death.

Engineer, Hayne Smith, presented two easements
concerning the sewer project for Rte #281 and Groton
Ave. project, for review.
A discussion was held concerning the easements.
The engineer has talked with the property owners and
has advised them of our intent.
Supervisor Nadolski will contact the 0°Donnells
concerning a tree and will then take the easements to
the Town Attorney for finalizing.
Councilman Pierce made a motion. seconded by
Councilman Thorpe, to adjourn.the meeting. All voting
aye, the motion was carried.
