of Drydenwas held on August 3 , 1950 at 8 : 00 P . M .

Reach: and Justices Harry Spaulding , Alvord Baker .; Ara . Johnson ,
Dewey Whitford and Francis Shaw :
Supervisor Downey presiding ;
The Minutes of the July 5th . meeting were read for
information only .
Moved by Justice Spaulding and seconded by Justice Shaw .
that the General bills totaling 10180. 48 . plus the Bethel Grove
youth project bill of # 6 ; 13 be paid as audited . Carried by a roll
call - vote . All Justices toting Yes ;
Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Baker
that the Highway bills totaling $ 1591 ; 85 be paid as audited ;
Carried by a roll call vote . All Justices voting Yes .
Mr E . W . Thompson of Ithaca , N . Y . RD# 2 , Besmer Stub.- Hill
Road was present to discuss with the Members of the Board the
condition of aaid road ; This road will be &ncluded on the fall
road tour .
Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Spaulding;
that the -resignation of Marian L . Sweetland , as Inspector of

coming year

Justice Shaw: Gave asreport of the meeting attended by the
Fire Committtecwith the Directors of Neptune Hose Company :
Moved by Justice Baker and seconded by Justice Shaw
that the Supervisor be empowered to pay bills , presented on
verified statements to be audited at the next meeting ', for Labor
and Materials where a discount might be lost if not paid promptly :
