The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of the
Town of Dryden: was held on May 3rd . 1950 at 8 : 00 P . M .

Present were Supervisor Charles Downey , Hwy . Sup ' t .
. Stacy ' Beach- and Justices Harry Spaulding , Alvord Baker , Ara Johnson ,
Dewey Whitford and Francis Shaw .
The minutes of the April 3rd . meeting were read for
information only and the minutes of the April 8th, meeting were
read and approved .
Moved by Justice Baker and Seconded by Justice Shaw
that the General bills totaling # 2109 , 32 plus the Bethel Grove
Youth project bill of $ 7 . 54 be paid as audited . Carried by a roll
call vote . , All Justices voting Yes ,
Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice
Johnson • that the Highway bills totaling v# 2073 : 11 be paid as audit &
1/ ' Carried by a roll call vote . All Justices voting Yes . Mbved by
Whitford , 2nd . Johnson . H . Pulling have increase . 05 an/ hour.
Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice
Baker that the Town of Dryden sell the junk Tractor to Kouf_"
Brothers for $157: 00 , that being the highest bid!, Carried by a roll
call vote . All Justices voting Yes .
The minutes of this meeting were read and approved.
Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice
Shaw that the meeting be adjourned ;
